The 1st line makes the macro display the tooltip of the spell named (Shackle).

The 2nd line clears your focus if you rightclick the button.
Say for instance your targets still alive but you want to start Crowd Controling a different one

The 3rd line Stops the macro from going any further if you right-clicked it to clear the focus.

The 4th line sets your target as focus IF your focus IS DEAD or does NOT EXIST.
This is done so that you aren't trying to cast your CC on your old nearby focus's corpse and because I was bored.

The 5th line casts a spell by name (Shackle) on your focus.
Provided its alive, exists etc. If its dead and your trying to CC it.. sigh.

And it casts this spell WITHOUT changing your target.
